Together with our long-term partner, the IT application consultancy company zühlke & bieker gmbh based in Recklinghausen, we founded our own subsidiary in 2004, TER HELL IT GMBH, which developed individually adapted enterprise resource planning and a Customer-Relationship-Management (CRM) on behalf of the TER PLASTICS POLYMER GROUP. We are also not stagnant and are constantly developing our systems further in order to avail of efficiency and cost advantages and react quickly to the market.

We regard the challenge of digitalization as an opportunity and we make use of our software as an important competitive factor to be able to react quickly, to provide comprehensive information to employees or business partners and respond to the individual needs of each customer. The one thing that unites us is the goal of achieving a zero error rate for excellent processes.
